1. We were appointed Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings and property of CanXgold Mining Corp. and Kettle River Resources Ltd. on the 20th day of November 2023.
2. We were appointed pursuant to aCourt Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated the 20th day of November 2023.
