
TAKE NOTICE THAT The City of Grand Forks received an application for a 3-year Temporary Use Permit (TUP) to allow workforce housing (Apartments) on an I-1 (Light Industrial) Zone at 6050 2nd Street. Once the TUP is issued, the applicant intends to convert the existing house and school portable into resident dwellings: 4 apartments. 3 in the house 1 in the portable. Council will be considering the permit at a regular meeting at 10:00AM on July 15, 2024, in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
A copy of the proposed temporary use permit may be inspected between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, at City Hall until July 15, 2024. You may request a digital information package to be sent to you by email by sending your request to info@grandforks.ca.
