On June 10 at 10:57 a.m. Grand Forks RCMP was dispatched to a complaint of a theft of scrap metal on 68th Avenue in Grand Forks.
“The complainant said that over the weekend he noticed that someone had taken approximately $200 to $300 worth of scrap metal from a canvas shed on his property,” explained Grand Forks RCMP Staff Sgt. Jim Harrison. “He also noticed that his cube van on his property had been rummaged through.”
Harrison said there are currently no suspects or witnesses and RCMP would appreciate any information.
