POLICE REPORT: Local resident pleads guilty to drug charges

A Grand Forks resident who was arrested on Aug. 30 was sentenced to six months in jail.

A Grand Forks resident appeared in court on Sept. 12 and has pleaded guilty to drug charges after his arrest last week.

Gordon Libby was sentenced to six months in jail; he was charged with possession of cocaine and a prohibited weapon, intention of trafficking and breach of probation.

A trailer was broken into near North Fork Road, where a Honda generator, chainsaw, 12-volt battery and various other miscellaneous items, were stolen.
