On March 28 at around noon, Grand Forks RCMP received a report of a male that appeared intoxicated.

“He was seen on the Yale Bridge – it appeared the male had fallen and then gotten up and continued walking,” said Grand Forks RCMP's Cpl. Richard Lanz. “The male was located and police found out that he was intoxicated, so he was arrested for being drunk in a public place.”

The male was lodged in a jail cell and was issued a ticket for being intoxicated.
