Grand Forks woman dies in single vehicle roll-over Sunday

Vehicle accident between Rock Creek and Beaverdell claims life of local woman.

On Sunday at 1:30 hours the Midway RCMP and West Kootenay Traffic Services,responded to a single vehicle roll over on Hwy 33, 14 Km north of Westbridge. The lone driver, an elderly lady from the Grand Forks area, was deceased at the scene. Investigation is continuing but alcohol and drugs are not a factor in this crash. The Next Of Kin has been notified and the release of the name will be by the BC Coroners Service
