Grand Forks RCMP received a call on Aug. 5 at 3:40 p.m. that a young man pushing his bicycle was clipped by a vehicle at approximately 11 a.m.
βThe bike was hit by a black crew-cab truck,β said Grand Forks RCMP’s Staff Sgt. Jim Harrison.β As a result of that a 41-year-old man was charged under the motor vehicle act with failing to yield to a pedestrian.β
