Grand Forks RCMP charge 41-year-old with failing to yield to pedestrian after cyclist hit on Aug. 5

Grand Forks RCMP received a call that a man pushing his bicycle was clipped by a vehicle on Aug. 5.

Grand Forks RCMP received a call on Aug. 5 at 3:40 p.m. that a young man pushing his bicycle was clipped by a vehicle at approximately 11 a.m.

β€œThe bike was hit by a black crew-cab truck,” said Grand Forks RCMP’s Staff Sgt. Jim Harrison.β€œ As a result of that a 41-year-old man was charged under the motor vehicle act with failing to yield to a pedestrian.”
