On Oct. 25, at 3:45 p.m., there was a report of a bike theft.
The theft occurred on Oct. 19, sometime over the evening hours.
“Since that time, the bicycle has been located and returned to the owner,” said Grand Forks RCMP's Cpl. Richard Lanz. “Charges are pending in this matter.”
