Aug. 10 at 6:43 p.m. on 65th Avenue in Grand Forks, a 61-year-old male was stopped driving a 1965 red Ford Mustang convertible and found to be driving under suspension.
The Grand Forks man refused a breathalyzer and was charged with impaired driving and refusing a breathalyzer, as well as driving while under suspension.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days.
