City of Greenwood names Robin Dalziel new CAO

The City of Greenwood has announced the appointment of Robin Dalziel, CGA, MBA, as its chief administrative officer.

The City of Greenwood has announced the appointment of Robin Dalziel, CGA, MBA, as its chief administrative officer effective last Thursday.

Dalziel has previous experience as an instructor in financial management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and as an assistant professor in the Business Faculty of Trinity Western University.  He attained his Certified General Accountants designation in 1985 and his masters of business administration in 1989 from Simon Fraser University.

Locally, Dalziel has owned and operated Joybilee Farm, an agri-tourism and artisan business from 2003 to the present.  He has been the treasurer of the Boundary Artisan Association, the vice-president of the Grand Forks Farmers’ Market Association and treasurer of the Greenwood and District Public Library.

Dalziel has worked with many local groups and associations in the Boundary area and looks forward to working with Greenwood city council.
