City of Grand Forks Chief Financial Officer Cecile Arnott has announced her resignation.
According to a report on the Rossland News' website, Arnott will replace Rossland Chief Administrative Officer Victor Kumar, who recently announced his resignation.
According to Grand Forks' council meeting agenda for Sept. 4, Roxanne Shepherd is expected to be assigned responsibility for financial administration for Grand Forks effective Monday, Sept. 17.
