Riders mount up for All Western Show Show in Grand Forks

Boundary Horse Association puts on skills and ridership show.

Western riders mounted their horses to show off their skills in the saddle for the Boundary Horse Association (BHA) All-Western Horse Show on May 10. 

About 20 riders met at the BHA grounds on North Fork Road for general performance classes in the morning, such as walking, trotting and reversing and ranch riding classes in the afternoon, where riders were put through obstacles courses simulating typical conditions on a ranch or backcountry trail under the watchful eyes of judge Lynette Crowley of Kelowna.
