Everyone loves a do-over, especially in golf.

Can a person have too many mulligans among friends or for fundraisers like the Fire Fighters Tournament  coming on Saturday, June 21?

But a stoke is a stroke in Golf Canada’s world and Tuesday Ladies normal play, except for the Eclectic Tournament.

The much beloved “Eclectic” is a 36-hole two day event taking the best number on each hole for a net score. If your game is bad the first day, you get to learn your lessons and come back for a do-over.

The Eclectic is usually consecutive days but this year it was played a week apart with the final on a very chilly, wet May 20. I think Lyn Foster has finally warmed up.

Fifty-two out of 64 brave club members persevered to the wind-whipped end. Kudos Ladies !!!!!
