The North Fork Community Club held their Feb. 9 meeting at Verna Brown's house.
The executive for 2011 remains the same, as everyone just loves their position.
Cookbooks were our main topic and it is hoped that since the club is somewhere near the 50-year mark, the cookbooks will use that theme.
Again, all members past and present and all current and previous residents of the whole North Fork are asked to contribute recipes and or a little tidbit of info.
It takes a lot of time getting it all laid out and ready for the printer, so please get your recipes to Marina Pavan, or any club member, no later than Apr. 1.
This will probably be our last cookbook so everyone please make it special.
