Thumbs Up: For the Ladies Auxiliary to the Royal Canadian Legion for its donations to and support of Girl Guides of Canada programs in Grand Forks and area.
Thumbs Down: To drivers who deliberately park in the middle of two parking stalls so no one can park on either side of them.
