The Grand Forks ATV Club will be holding its second annual reverse draw event on June 22 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Senior’s Hall in City Park.

At a reverse draw, the big prize is awarded to the last ticket drawn; however, many other tickets win, i.e., the owner of the first ticket drawn gets his/her money back.  Additional prizes include other cash amounts and donated prizes from a variety of local businesses. Last year a local from Christina Lake won the grand prize from the draw and is asking everyone to come enjoy a great day and have a taste of local food and support a local club.

The draw day last year was a lot of fun and the local food was fantastic.

The Grand Forks ATV Club signed up many new members, and guest speakers from the RCMP and RHC Insurance clarified many rules and responsibilities of ATV operators.

At this year’s event, there will be many more vendors showing their equipment and highlighting what is new for ATV riders.

There will again be speakers addressing riders’ concerns. This year the local food will be prepared and catered by Stoy’s Grill.

Watch for posters and ticket sales or contact any member of the Grand Forks ATV Club to buy tickets. This year, the ticket cost is $15 with the grand prize of $1,000 being awarded.

Come out and support the Grand Forks ATV Club.  They are protecting your right to ride. All money raised will go to installing safe loading /unloading ramps for improving safety for all riders.
