Triple Forte will play the Grand Forks Secondary School auditorium on Nov. 22.

The Boundary District Arts Council is proud to present the second concert of its Performance Series, Triple Forte on Thursday, Nov. 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the Grand Forks Secondary School auditorium.

It is an exceptional opportunity to have them perform in Grand Forks.

Triple Forte brings together three of Canada's most prominent soloists: violinist and music professor at the University of British Columbia Jasper Wood, cellist Yegor Dyachkov and pianist David Jalbert are joining forces to create a powerful musical evening that will thrill aficionados and newcomers alike.

This sought-after trio has been capturing critics and audiences' attention with their passion, intelligence, sensitivity and sheer joy that they bring to the stage.

With near limitless ability with their respective instruments, Wood, Dyachkov and Jalbert can delight their audiences with a Haydn Trio, scouring the depth of Beethoven or be passionate Romantics.

Triple Forte is a force to be reckoned with. If you have never enjoyed a classical, instrumental performance, this is your opportunity.

Triple Forte performed in Grand Forks in 2007 and on this tour is also in Vernon.

Advance tickets are available at Thistle Pot Gifts and gallery 2. Adults $20, seniors 65+ $18, youth $5 and families $45. At the door: adults $22, seniors 65+ $20, youth $7 and family $50.
