Linda Lou entered the world on September 18, 1945, in West Virginia, USA. She entered into peace surrounded by her loving family on October 29, 2010, at Trail, B.C., at the age of 65.

She is lovingly survived by her longtime friend, Gregory; her sons, Papillon and Gabe (Gabriel); daughter-in-law, Catherine and grandson, Taz from B.C., Canada; her sister, Susan Pennington and brother, Bill Haynes of St. Albans, West Virginia, USA.

Linda was an avid gardener and horticulturist, a human rights activist and passionate in her political beliefs. Linda believed that one vote, one signature or one caring person could change the world.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Grand Forks Community Garden or in Linda’s name to any charity you know she believed in would be appreciated. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Baker family of Grand Forks Funeral Home.
