Kathryn (Kathy) was born in January of 1941 at New Brunswick. She passed away suddenly on November 24, 2010, at Grand Forks, B.C., at the age of 69.
Kathy is lovingly survived by her husband Monte; sons: Fred burrows (Linda), Gord Burrows (Marchel), Doug Burrows (Sheryl) and Rob Burrows (Christina); daughter, Karen Cummings (George); 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; three sisters; and four brothers, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was retired, but greatly enjoyed her family and friends.
A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held on Friday, December 3, 2010, at 2 p.m., at the Senior Citizen Hall at City Park, in Grand Forks. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kathy may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Grand Forks Funeral Home was in care of arrangements.
