Joan is lovingly survived by a daughter Sharon, and two sons, Marshall (Cindy) and Craig (Marlene); five grandchildren, Troy, Mark (Amanda), Krista, Kyle, Kailyn; and two sisters, Marjorie and Beryl. Joan was predeceased by husband Roy in January 2012. A celebration of Joan’s life will be held on Saturday, August 23 in her much-loved St. John’s United Church at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the United Church in Grand Forks (UCW).
