Ivan Eric Tetlock entered into rest with his wife and daughter present on August 17, 2010, at the Boundary Hospital in Grand Forks, B.C., at the age of 87.
Ivan was born on July 27, 1923, in Norquay, Sask. to his father, Eric and his mother, Rosalie. He was a long-time employee of Potash Mine in Esterhazy, Sask., and owned a refrigeration business in Creston, B.C. Ivan enjoyed amateur radio, was a computer buff and in earlier years enjoyed hunting and gardening.
He was predeceased by his father, his mother, his brother, Sterling and his daughter, Sherrie. He is lovingly survived by his wife, Rosalie; daughter, Laurie; grandsons: Scott, Richard and Tyler; his granddaughters, Michelle and Lindsey; his great-grandchildren: Joseph, David and Ayva Marie.
A celebration of Ivan’s life will be held at the Gospel Chapel at 7048 Donaldson Drive in Grand Forks, B.C., on Monday, August 30, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. Please make donations to the MS Society or to the Downs Syndrome Society.
