It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Helen on October 18, 2016 at Boundary Hospital.
Helen was predeceased by her loving husband Willie in 2000 following 53 years of marriage. She is also predeceased by parents Nick and Ann Makortoff, brother Nick and brother-in-law Dan.
She is survived by 3 sons, Jack (Donna), Ken (Diana) and Willie. Grandchildren Manya (Brent), Larissa (Ammon), Kayla (Emmet) and Tawny (Shane). Great grandchildren Brayden, Hailee, Ellie, Maddy, Kaitlyn and Ashlyn.
We love you Helen. Rest in peace. Funeral services will be held on Oct. 21, 2016 at U.S.C.C. Community Hall at 10 a.m. in Grand Forks.
