Frank Brummet

November 20, 1932 – September 19, 2016

It is with sadness that we announce that Frank Brummet passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, September 19, 2016.

Frank was born in Thorhild, Alberta on November 20, 1932. He grew up in Rutland, B.C. On April 12, 1958 Frank married Marlene Mandel in Kelowna, B.C.

We, his family, appreciate the many individuals involved with TAPS and other Seniors' Groups, along with the West Creston Camera Club, Creston Valley Toastmasters, Grand Forks Writers Guild, and many others that Frank enjoyed participating in. He loved attending many charitable breakfast, lunch, and dinner fundraisers as well – he especially looked forward to those.

We hold a deep gratitude to Swan Valley Lodge and Creston Valley Hospice Society who played a role in easing Frank's end of life.

Frank is predeceased by his loving wife Marlene who passed away July 2, 2003.

Frank is survived by his sons, Terry (Carissa) of Calgary, A.B., Nicholas (Connie) of Vancouver, B.C., and Dave (Lillian) of Creston, B.C. He is also survived by his daughter Karen Visser (Terry) of Barrhead, A.B., brother Anthony of Osoyoos, B.C., sister Cecile Corlett of St. George, U.T., grandchildren Meighan, Emily, Colten, Alicia, and Mason, and great grandchild Benjamin Bredeson.
